RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of party supplies, customized items, balloons, and event products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage.

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production begins.
