RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of party supplies, event products, balloons, seasonal items, customized products, and event-related merchandise, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Opened party supplies
• Used decorations or event items
• Balloons and balloon accessories
• Helium tanks or helium machines once opened or used
• Customized or personalized products
• Seasonal and holiday merchandise
• Digital products or downloadable items
• Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns may be accepted only for:
• Incorrect items received
• Damaged items received during shipping
• Defective products
• Missing items from an order
Customers must notify Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and provide photographs showing the issue.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return:
• Items must remain unused
• Products must be in original packaging
• Items must include all tags, accessories, and components
• Return requests must be submitted before approval
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products when inventory is available.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
