Due to the nature of party supplies, balloons, seasonal products, and customized items, all sales are final unless an incorrect or damaged item is received. Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

BALLOON DISCLAIMER
Balloons and décor items are sensitive to temperature, weather, handling, and environmental conditions. We are not responsible for balloon popping, oxidation, deflation, or damage after delivery, setup, or pickup.

RENTAL TERMS
Customers renting equipment or event items are responsible for maintaining items in good condition during the rental period. Customers may be charged for damaged, missing, stolen, or excessively dirty rental items.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
