SHIPPING POLICY

Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC currently ships select party supplies, decorations, balloons, event accessories, and specialty party items within the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary based on the customer’s location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, and product availability. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and shipping method selected.

ORDER TRACKING
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped, if available through the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout. Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related delivery issues. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Meira’s Memorable Moments LLC within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of party supplies, balloons, customized items, and seasonal products, all sales are final unless an incorrect or damaged item is received.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP
Select items and event rentals may qualify for local delivery or pickup services depending on location and availability.
